Cut girls out of picture and paste on top of color splash

I want the girls to be a silhouette with the color powder in the background so it looks like a party. Will be used as an 11x17 poster to promote or Color 5K Run. Want it to be very bright and colorful! Can exaggerate color a lot to brighten it up.
