Create stylish overlays just like in the attached preview

Looking for someone to create me half-transparent image files that can be used as an overlay later in a video. You need to create white overlay parts like shown in the attached previews, no backgrounds.

Amount images: 8 different images
Resoultion: 1920 x 1080 p
Budget: Tell me your price, would love to see an example.
Quality: It needs to fit the examples perfectly with grain and blurriness/sharpness.
Transparency: Only white parts visible, rest transparent.
Style / Theme: Like shown in the example frames/video. Some images with a lot of “white” and some with less, a good mix for creating something like you can see in the video preview.
