Create photo realistic interior render

I have got a requirement to create 24 photos, its a development that is not complete yet, its going through the furnishing stage, but it needs to be marketed. Happy to produce photos of the room, but I will require the photo to be used to create a photo realistic render of what the room would look like when the furnishing is done.

For bedrooms

Placing the bed/pillows/cushions/throw
Placing a wardrobe & mirror
Placing a Tv on the wall
Placing a desk in the room
Making the room look pleasing whilst being realistic, where possible use existing photos that we hold.

For the Lounge

Place a TV stand
Place a sofa
Place a dinning table
Wall art

To be seriously considered for the role, please use some of the sample pictures provided to create a photo render of the rooms
