Corporate Christmas/New Year Motion Graphic Video

We are seeking to make a corporate Christmas/New Year animated video. Please find attached a presentation that acts as a mood board for the story we would like to tell in this 2 min animated video.
The animation video will have 4 different sections that feature snow flakes, christmas presents, a shooting star and christmas baubles and we would like the sections to be linked by the wand that guides the viewer to the new section. We would also like the wand to write a few phrases for us throughout the video.
