Clean up photos from a recent concert, color rendition, sharpness, etc.

My wife and I attended a concert and I'd like to clean up a couple photos for her.

For the two photos on stage I would like the skin tones and sharpness, if possible, cleaned up. I would also like the iPhones and hands at the bottom of the picture blurred out or in someway made less distracting.

For the outside picture, I would like the background around Bruce blurred so the photo of him is the focus. If skin tones, etc can be cleaned up that would be great as well.

I want to print these as 10" x 10" so image quality should be appropriate.
