Book image short video for book tok

UK or Ireland only please.

I am not sure exactly how to define this but I will describe it and maybe you can tell me. I have a book. Historical Fiction and I want to make a tik tok (book tok) video for it. This is what I have in mind:
Video start… Pencil or black and white image of Irish Famine victim with 2 waifs in tow… background dilapidated cottage– center screen.. the images move away from the viewers and fades as a new image appears.
Sailing ship wrecking on rocks, - the images move away from the viewers and fades as a new image appears.
Rows of beds with sick and dying immigrants, - the images move away from the viewers and fades as a new image appears.
There is a series of of scenes, maya 6 or 7… Final scene, full colour picture of book cover…. In colour
I have book cover and templates for the other pictures… They will need a little work.
With each scene is appropriate sound, so with famine a… maybe a whistling wind, with ship wreck … breaking planks and cries for help… and so on.
