Background removed from 20 small photos

I have 20 head shots that need the background professionally removed.

The photos are small (484 x 364) so I appreciate it may not be possible to remove the background entirely. Please do your best and make it as smooth as possible.

Please do not the change the size of the images (they must stay 484 x 364).

Please send me back the images in JPG or PNG format.
