Automate Batch Task

Hi, I have a straightforward task that needs to be completed (although file qty and sizes are large).

We have circa 2,500 images in folders and sub folders on One Drive (access to the folder will be granted), images are between 1.5mb and 5mb, they need to all be 10% of that size for upload to web (so 150b to 500b).

A simple automate batch process could be used, but a fast broadband will be required. The images will need to be downloaded, the automate batch run, then uploaded directly to the website hosting account through hostinger.com (logins and directions to the file to be uploaded to will be provided).
