80 photo's need modifying on photoshop

I have around just under 100 photos i need editing, i need them for my new website for an events hir company and i need someone who can do this for me... i need them changing so they are not the original photos any more i am going to attach a picture with what i need doing just so you get an idea.
We need at the bottem of every picture our web address adding small but neat
I need them asap

This is the most difficult picture
We would like the flower pot removed, the gold part of the chair to silver and the background to be white. if you can do this pic the others will be a doddle for you.
