5 photo illustrations to accompany a training exercise

I need 5 illustrations/mock up photo's to accompany a training exercise about self-neglect. The photo's shows rooms in poor conditions. There are three case studies case studies 1 and 2 both need pictures of lounge and kitchen and case study three just of the lounge. There is a specific description you will need to follow for each room. See the case study detail below. The pics will only show the property and condition and any animal's not any people mentioned in the description. (See descriptions attached).

I need these by midweek next week.

Please only quote the total cost of project not per photo.

The enclosed clutter ratting score is just to give you a rough idea of quality , design they don't need presenting in that format and I don't need variations of each photo. Just five in total.
