3.5x1.5 photos need to be prepared for print

I have 3 pictures which need to be prepared for print. Please see attached images. The print quality for the first pic is excellent however on this pic I would like some photo manipulation to be done. I would like the foot to resemble that of a male and not of a female. I would also like the skin color to be changed to white. 2 pics in total, one with foot modification and one with skin and foot modification. The second pic prints terribly. For this pic I would just like to polish it up and add proper flesh tones and keep the shadows to a complete minimum. The print quality of the 3 rd pic is also terrible - no special request for this pic. Upon acceptance of work I will send zipped photoshop files.
