2 pictures to fix - tricky ones

Good morning.

I am seeking help with two pictures of watch and straps.
I am a photographer and recently took on a product project, but I messed up on two images.

I generally handle the retouching myself but in this case I need the hand of a more qualified and experienced professional.
I have been trying to do it myself and a) I am not very happy with the results;
b) It's taking me forever.

The job is a bit of a nightmare (well, for me at least): I need the clear plastic stand removed and a plausible reconstruction of what was behind it. Problem is, I don't have decent (same angle) views without the stand.

I would need it as fast as possible, as I am already past the deadline.

No overall colour/tone correction, sharpening or final cut out needed.
Also, I would need it saved as a psd (I use CS6), so to perform final processing (accordingly to project specification) myself.
Of course I am happy to have all your work on a flattened layer, I don't pretend to "steal" your techniques.
