YouTuber (lifestyle) looking for editor using Final Cut Pro

I run a lifestyle YouTube channel and I'm looking for more than just an editor — I want a great long-term teammate to grow with my channel.

Be diligent with following detailed written directions (I provide full briefs per video)
Responsive to messages and proactive with communication
Use Final Cut Pro (I may occasionally send an XML of a rough cut)
Comfortable editing both sit-down/informational videos and vlog-style footage — and blending the two
Able to bring energy to talking-head segments through b-roll, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and creative cropping/zooming so they never feel static or boring
Fluent in English
Have a good sense of humor — up to date with memes, GIFs, and trending formats
Passionate, creative, and adaptable to evolving content styles
