Video montage required by 3rd March

I am looking for a video producer to put together a montage of videos and images for a sales conference. The purpose of the video is to show how the business has grown over the last 10 years- how we recruited new faces and achieved a goal, but to evoke humour and emotion that portrays the fun we have had. I have storyboarded the the order of text, images, videos and logos.

I have been let down by another producer and am now up against it from a time perspective - the video is required no later than the 3rd March.

This will require someone who can speak fluent English and understands British humour, so they can follow the storyboard.
