VFX Artist needed

I need an experienced VFX artist to create an intro video sequence for our maritime cyber security services.
I haven't thought of storyboards etc.yet. But, probably using various maritime and offshore stock stock drone videos eg. ships, cruise ships, superyachts, ferries, container ships, petrol tank transporters, offshore windfarms, ports, submarines, ship /captain crew, canals etc. etc and closeups of ship tech, radars, navigation controls and cyber effects (vector waves/malware/incoming cyber attack etc, forcefields protecting vessels. Something that can have a voiceover added and be easily adapted for other uses etc. Helpful if I could be supplied with Premiere Pro files so elements can be turned on and off. We have a number of maritime cyber services that could all use a shorter, more generic versions.

The above examples are just a small selection. I would be looking to have something ready within the next 3 weeks. The whole delivery could be movie trailer inspired with strong bold graphics, dramatic music (maybe techno inspired) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQs5NNIkFLs

I'd be interested to hear back from those that know that they can achieve something awesome. I'm also open to suggestions with regards to creative angles too.

The budget is not fixed in stone.
