Short promotional films needed (for TikTok)

I am an author keen to work with a video editor on some short promotional films for my books.
I'm looking for someone with good access to copyright-free footage of London (can describe more later), who is a skilled editor and knows how to create eye-catching, interesting clips with strong accompanying music. I'll be using these clips on TikTok so I'm looking for someone with expert knowledge of the platform.

Initially, I'd like support with six videos, but ideally, I'm looking for someone I can work with long-term.
