I am making short 2-tone videos between 3-15 minutes long.
I want to know how much it would cost me for me to send a 5, 10 or 15 minute video, and have it pixelated?
The pixelation should be very faint in parts, and then slightly more. I want to simulate a transmission coming through from outer space - not VERY pixelated, but occasionally - as if there is a bit of interference.
If this is a simple job, I will want a lot done.
If not - I’m afraid I can’t afford it. Hence, c£15 per film.
Can you help?

Hello Rachel: Would you prefer the faint pixelation to trigger randomly across the video, or are there specific moments/cues where you want the interference to peak?
