Jog Jan for Pan Can 2022: Instructional video series

*Need a London based filmmaker to shoot and edit 3 x 5 minute videos in south west London.

The Brief
To work with our wonderful health and wellbeing ambassador Shelly Palmer (of Fabulicious Fitness) near Wimbledon, London, to create a series of three short instructional videos of less than 5 minutes each.

What we are looking to have created:
3 x 5-minute videos in 1920x1080px High-res quality provided in Mp4 format.

Video topics:
1) My first run
2) Tips for beginners
3) Keeping motivated

Style of video
A conversational and instructive video focusing on Shelly, interspersed with shots of her talking and action shots of her performing the advice that she is giving. There may be some text overlay for bullet points or important points. It will ideally have a modern, fresh, and motivational feel. These videos are being created to arm our participants with the knowledge to succeed, stay safe, and most importantly have fun while raising awareness and funds for Pancreatic Cancer Action.

Location:
Artist must be able to meet Shelly in South-west London. Shooting to be done outside at a park or running track. Specific location to be decided together

Shoot dates:
We would ideally like to shoot these videos before Christmas but are also happy to shoot between Christmas and the new year.

Turnaround:
Have the first draft of video 1 by 28th December 2022. Final version before 1st January.
Have the first draft of videos 2 and 3 by 31st December 2022. Final versions before 5th January

Budget:
As a charity we are conscious that we have to be frugal with our budgets, however, we can offer up to £150-200 for the creation of this video series
