I need a SFX element added to my existing footage

I have a video that needs an SFX element comped onto my existing footage. It is a 6-second shot of a cracked sidewalk. In the video, the person on-screen will have it fixed with an app. I've attached the entire sequence, I only need the SFX to appear as long as the "Hazard" text appears. I've also attached a photo of the type of crack I'd like added. It needs to be very clear to the viewer that he tripped over a dangerous crack.

Final file will need to be 1080x1920, 23.976
