Create video for Punjabi remix

I have done a remix of a collection of Punjabi songs by the legend himself, Sidhu Moosewala. I'd like someone to use various video clips of his that can be found on Youtube, including his videos for some of the songs I've used in the remix. It needs to have all the professional transitions, effects etc as well as some text over the video.
It's approx 7 minutes long and one of the things that need to be done is, when using the videos of his songs in my remix, the videos playback will need speed adjusting to lip sync with the remix where each song is a little faster/slower than the original.
If you look at any of Desi frenzy's or SR Music Official's on Youtube, you'll understand what I'm looking for better.
