Create micro video content from longer videos

I want to break larger form content down in to micro content for YouTube shorts and also Instagram content. Very similar to Gary Vee's content and I can send other examples of content that I like, if that is helpful.

I own and run The Sculpted Vegan, the world's largest online vegan bodybuilding company. This project is something that I've been wanting someone to work on for years!

I'm looking for someone who can skim my content and pull out sections that will make good content between 30-120 seconds in length, and edit them into engaging videos with captions.

To confirm: I need the person editing the content to find the engaging content themselves.

Each full video is around 60 minutes in length. None of it is transcribed or time stamped. The micro content would be around 60-120 seconds in length but could be shorter or longer, if it worked for the video.

This would be continuous and ongoing work for the right person, if that is something that you would want.

I would prefer to pay per video, rather than per hour. There are literally thousands of hours worth of content to pull from!

The content would be both fitness related and also business/life related. I talk about all things on my Instagram (which has 4.1M followers). But the bulk of it would be fitness/mindset related.

Please do not respond with a generic "I can create your video for you". I will only consider candidates who have actually read the post and are sure that they can do the work before sending a quote or proposal.

Communication is key in my company as is the ability to be able to turn things around fast. I'm looking for someone who is highly skilled at what they do, and will be quick with response times.

A trial piece of work will be given to all successful candidates and more than one may be chosen.

Please price with a view that this will be ongoing weekly work. I would expect to make around 3-5 videos per week.
