(animated) company video

I have a text script and would like to get a proposal in what way one could make a video with this text as an over voice. (female/EN)
It would be used as a short company introduction before a live presentation.

Open for any proposals - one condition, if doodly style, there should be no hand drawing it. Drawing is fine as an option, but no hand.
I'm as well open for a picture slide show to support the spoken text, it does not necessarily have to be drawn / automated, if it looks cool. Takahashi Methode with impressive pictures and just key words could work too. It is not necessary to have the rights on used pictures since it is for internal test use. But no water marks and it must be possible to buy the right on used images, in case we want to use it in public in a different version later.

Target:
full video +/-3 minutes
draft within 1 week latest
final version within 3 weeks latest

I hope to be able to decide today who gets the project. But I am out of office till Monday and can not be of any help if there are questions. Not ideal but this is the situation we have to deal with. Based on the fact that I expect a draft next week and we have another two weeks to finish, I believe this is still very reasonable.
