Very small infographic graphic design project

I have the content that I want included in a simple infographic page. I'd prefer that you work from my Google Document if possible and improve the overall look and feel. For a talented designer, I am really seeking just your best thoughts for small improvments to make the document look as professional as possible; ideally an hour or two at most of your time. I know this won't yield a perfect infographic, but for a talented person, I bet you can improve the look at good bit in an hour or two using this basic design and content.
