Very small graphic design work on website landing page

I'm looking for an experienced and contemporary graphic designer to create graphics for a section of our homepage.

Only the right hand section of the page needs redesigning. Everything else remains the same.

I will supply the concept I have in mind which you will then use to create the graphics. However, I expect creativity and originality in your designs.

I need the design files in psd format.

This is a very small project that will take no more than 1 hour of your time, therefore my budget is extremely limited. It will help if you are very experienced and you can understand the brief so that all you need is the one go at it.

I'm looking for someone to start immediately and deliver final artwork tomorrow.
