Very smal excel google-docs programming project

While this is a very small project for an excel programmer, it does require advanced excel programming/macro functions. If you are NOT experienced with Excel programming and setting up complex macros, then this won't work for you.

With this project, you are helping me to complete my google-docs spreadsheet template (that uses excel macro formats) that will be copied and re-used with unique data each time. What you will see in the video is sample information that will be replaced by live data when this project is complete. Here's a video that's just under 5 minutes that explains what I need. Let me know if you have trouble accessing the video or if it isn't clear.

Please only respond after you've reviewed the video and are sure that you can do this assignment, and if you can start and complete the project right away. For the right person, I think that this is probably pretty easy and fast.
