VERY simple automated key press application

I need a very simple application that will run on startup. It must automate the F11 key between 500-1000 milliseconds after startup and then close. If this can be done without any visual clues to its action, even better. If you know what you are doing this will take well under one hour. For Windows 7 64bit.
