Very basic website layout needs some love!

I am about to ask my dad to host a website for me - or rather webpage - but I need to make it look a little more snazzy.

I'm a great believer that accountants shouldn't have a full website as it looks very needy. I'm a "one man band" but this is often confused with a lower standard of accountant, especially when there's a full on site with "us" and "we" all over the place.

I therefore would like the layout designing for a main page with a big version of my logo (which I have in EPS format) and background colour to suit. Contact details need to be on there and at a push, another page with "about us" - to explain what it is I do. I don't know how to go about it but this could be in bubbles around my logo or such like. I'd prefer it not to go over one page as I don't like the idea of (or feel I need) a full site.

THIS ISN'T A WEB DESIGN JOB, it's a marketing one as I need to keep it professional but modern and simplistic. Any ideas you could shed I'd be grateful! All I need from you is a design, in any format you like that an idiot like me will be able to open in the very basic number of software options open to me!

My expected price is "up to £50" but I hope it might be less - it shouldn't be too much work. This isn't a promise but I'm setting up a business with a friend of mine and we'll need a lot of creative stuff doing in the future so that's something that if we find the right contact, could follow in the future.
