VBA and HTML coder needed to update and fix some existing coding

I have a number of codes that pull information from our email system to populate email signatures. We've recently updated our branding and the existing coding needs to be updated to reflect these changes.

The coding is VBA but requires some knowledge of HTML to ensure the signatures look exactly like they should. I've attached a Word document showing how the signature should look.

There are a number of slightly different signatures that need fixing. Having never hired a freelancer, I potentially need a quote or some guidance before agreeing a rate.

We need the coding updated urgently. Please ask any questions and i will answer them ASAP.
