Various small ad-hoc graphic / web design projects

I am currently developing an online community and have a need for a trustworthy, UK-based, web designer that can help me with small jobs on an hourly basis. A quick turnaround each time is important.

As an example, here are some examples of things I've needed recently but not been able to action quickly enough.

1) a generic skyscraper banner ad
2) a banner for one of the pages
3) 3 small icons to illustrate the category titles on a forum
4) a basic email template

As you can see, all small jobs, probably each being only an hour or two, but I have quite a few of them.

When you bid, please submit a couple of simple examples of work you've done. I haven't got time to browse through massive portfolios of large website design projects - I'm just looking for a few small examples to give me confidence you're professional and adaptable.

Note - my business is aimed at business professionals and has a modern feel to it (i.e. more web2.0 than classic)
