Various plumbing and DIY jobs

Hi need a good plumber to:

- fit a new kitchen and bathroom mixer tap
- change diaphragm on two toliets (slow filling cistern)
- change bidet sprays on three toilets (pipes attached to cistern water supply, i dont mean a seperate bidet, just the pipe, valve and shower head)
- install two toilet roll holders
- check why our boiler keeps losing pressure quickly
- possibly changing some window friction hinges if you dont mind doing it

I will get all of the parts. Probably a day of work. This is for a house based in London N22 (Wood Green).
