We have multiple clients using Mailchimp and a requirement to work regularly with a good MailChimp designer. We will provide PSD outline designs that are sympathetic to Mailchimp constraints.
We will require final HTML code compatible for direct upload to Mailchimp with all images correctly sized and optimised ready for hosting on our servers.
