Vacation rental website

I'm looking for web developer to develop a vacation rental website with similar function to Orlando4villas.com...Were owners of properties can an create account with us and submit listings directly to our site for a fee. The account panel for owners should allow them to update description, change photos, prices, availability date ect.

However the aesthetic of the site should be modern with clean UI, example being waytostay.com

I understand my technical knowledge isn't vast, however further information for function will be discussed.
