User Testing Analyst

We require individuals who are familiar with reviewing user tests and making recommendations based on user feedback. You will be responsible for watching videos of users interacting with websites and making notes about their actions and comments.

*Previous experience of Usability Testing and Microsoft Excel is essential.*

The rate per hour is negotiable. This will be dependant on experience and on how well you complete the test project.


The Projects:

Three or more videos will be sent per project for you to document. You can record your notes whichever way is best for you. We would suggest using a video annotation software, such as VideoNoteTaker (http://sourceforge.net/projects/videonotetaker/).

You will then use these notes to complete an Excel spreadsheet template (attached). This will be the main outcome from each project and will provide us with a quick overview and action points from the user testing sessions. A more detailed task list is attached to this post.

On selection we should have projects available for you fortnightly.
