User/plays/account balance app in Yii w/css3 style

I have flash games that give score of 1-1,000,000 result into a php POST. I want a Yii application to handle the user/scrore/bank administration front/back end of this.

Very important you can make it look nicer than basic yii framework... i understand GIIC will do most of this work, that is ok, just please use css3 to make the interfaces and forms big nice fonts, some shading, etc.

models are simple:
user (email,username,etc.)
plays (when played.against who, result, score, etc.)
accounts (prize or money amount auto-add from win/withdraw, etc)

functions are:
signup w/captcha & email verification
signup w/facebook optional and take info fom facebook api
include basic trigger script to post to user wall (on login for example)
show account activity, show balances,
allow withdraws to cheque or paypal
plays - add to db game/player/time/result/score via a POST
security so it cannot be posted to/changed by a hacker.

.. maybe a few small details i left out... you get the idea.

If you have a yii app something like this already do not be shy, show me so we can work from what you already have. at least show me some yii and some style.
