User interface designer/front end developer/Graphics designer

I am currently looking for a professional front end developer who have more than 3-4 year experience with HTML5, CSS and Graphics design. I am a web developer but due to lot of work involved at the moment I need a designer to help me out with my start-up project. If you need more information please email me and I can explain.
