User creation script required, linux

Hi there, we have two linux servers, one running our website and member sign up process and another delivering our service. Currently we are manually having to cross-populate usernames and passwords from our website to our service and are looking for a script to automate the process for us.

The spec looks roughly something like this:

1. Currently users sign up to a subscription package via integrated PayPal Pro forms on our site. They are technically added as wordpress users but with no access rights, wordpress encrypt passwords but we receive a copy of the generated password via confirmation emails, right now we manually type these details into our main server to complete the sales process.

We need to pick up these new usernames & passwords, perhaps from an email account checking for new emails every 10 mins etc.

2. These usernames and passwords will then need to be used to create users on a seperate linux server with /sbin/nologin set.

3. Lastly we'd like a simple confirmation email sent to our sales@ email account and another account confirming the new username and password successfully added to the linux server.
