Urgent Wordpress Header/Banner Hopefully Leading to Long-Term, On-Going Work With SAME individual

Here's the short story:
I'm itching to launch my blog. I have a clear concept, message, topic (thank God), and plenty of content.
I have future (hopefully not too distant future) to take my shop online and add some e-commerce-ness to the thing.
I am SO BAD with computers I don;t even know exactly what to ask for in the long-term, but in the Short-Term (as in NOW, as in THIS listing) I know that I need a clean, sharp, very basic banner to head my blog and I've had fantastic results enlisting the help of other PPH freelancers in the past.

So basically, I need a place-holder that will do until the big makeover takes place ; )
What I WANT however, would be to work with an illustrator who doubles as a Wordpress Superhero.. I'm not picky, haha.

If you do not generally consider yourself an "illustrator," contact me anyway because there's a faily food chance I don't know what I'm talking about.

basically, I have a mental image I am unable to execute on my own and it, to me, constitutes an "illustration"

Also, if you are reading this and saying "Neeeext," don't. I'm easy going, overly impressed by people with artistic ability, love to see my name in lights, and am offering very generous ( think! If I'm actually being super cheap, please someone say something) compensation for this specific job to anyone who can produce something useable in a super-timely manner.

My business ( and topic) : I scavenge for discarded pieces of old "junky" furniture and magically morph them into glamorous pieces of trendy (or not!), made-to-order home furnitings.
