Urgent Web Development

I need to have my design brought to life asap!

The website is very basic - 6 main pages and a few sub-pages. It needs to have the same type of functionality as this website: http://www.verawang.com/

The site needs to change size with the browser so it stays consistent no matter how big/small a screen is just like the Vera Wang site.

I'm looking for someone that I could potentially build an ongoing working relationship with as I am a designer and need a good developer to hand. Would also be great if I could manager the site myself.

I'm looking for a quick turnaround.
