URGENT Text placement on two images for banners

Design details: We have a client requiring two banner adverts made. The frames are done ALL we need is the text placement on two photos and they will each be used as a frame within the banner.

Image 1 (water flower in the front) Text:
Want to build a property nest egg in SA?

Image 2 (kids on swing) Text:
Build a property portfolio in SA for ₤39 999

*PRICE FLUCTUATES IN LINE WITH R/£ VALUE

Logo also attached so that you can get the colour scheme to match the logo that will be frame 2.

We require this as soon as possible! Please only submit proposal if you are a good designer with experience in doing web banners and can do this within the next two hours.
