Description of requirements/features: I will provide PSD files that will need to be integrated into WP.

You must be confident with front-end development in html/css and jquery/ajax etc.

I will provide a brief and screenshots of the website we will be developing.

We will require your assistance with three phases of development. I only require pricing for phase 1 at this stage.

Please place a holding bid and provide examples of flat, responsive websites you have designed.

Front-end requirements (thank you Olena):

- PSD to responsive HTML5 and wordpress integration
- CSS/CSS3 animations (buttons, menu buttons, using animations.css. ( www.justinaguilar.com/animations/)
- Login/create user/lost password functionality.
- Contact us modal windows, Other UI elements
- Grid - based responsive HTML5 framework

Back-end functionality/programming requirements:

We will need to develop an administrator interface or use Wordpress, along with;

- Word count functionality - when documents are uploaded to our website, we need to be able to calculate the wordcount..see translated.net and gengo.com for examples of this.

- hooking up payments to a Project object - we will be using Stripe (UK) for payments and that will need to be integrated into the word count functionality.

- Client dashboard - we have dashboard that needs to be created.

- Basic Administration dashboard needs to be developed.

We will discuss the project further through private message before continuing.
