Upload website template to godaddy hosting

I need this job done today!

I have a MOTOCMS HTML website template I uploaded to go daddy. I believe I have the site uploaded correctly and on the correct servers to meet the requirements of the template except for having Zend Optimizer 3.3 installed. Apparently to do this I need to create an ini file. Here is the link godaddy sent to me about how to do this.
