Upload 100 items to my magento shop

I have 100 products (cufflinks) which need manually uploading to the site www.silver2love.com Please look at the cufflinks section as this is what they are, the data to upload is in xl format. With appropriate columns. Each of the appropriate data/category boxes will need ticking, but I will provide details on this, and check the 1st few before you do the lot.One Jpeg will need uploading per product. I will supply these ready to use.
Cufflinks has far less data than our other products to upload,, it is a simple product. The job can be done in your spare time over the course of a week.
