Upgrade the php already built site

The online booking has been setup, there are three parties
1-super admin
2-agent
3-In-charge

Super admin creates the agent and in-charge

Super Admin additional requirements:

-once super admin assign or create new agent he can do following.
a- Can assign rates.
b- Can see the progress in terms of order placed i.e Number of orders and the amount has been paid for every single order placed.
c- Can amend ,create and email the invoices to agent or whoever
d- Order form will have tab for international and domestic shipping at the moment there isn’t any
e- Super admin can create the AWB we will supply the format
f- Super admin should be able to create label with every tracking number (size and format we will provide)
H-every order must generate readable barcode

Agent can book the collection as he will hit the collection tab form drop down button
It will open another small form, this will tell the super admin about the if parcel going or coming, date /time collection from home or when and stuff

J- agent can print the invoices as many time its need to for the customer (which is the print of the form)
K- Tracking is already is in place but tracking has to be in steps, it means every time a information has be put down it must record the time and date with facility of fixed messages i.e parcl in process in bhx or parcel in process dek or isb and it shoud email to consignee and shipper every time if new information has been put down.
L- every time agent took order of the customer he needs to put down the contents of the parcel,he must face two option either this documents or non-document if he clicks the non-document parcel it must ask for the packing list or contents of the parcel which will be printed out as proforma invoice where some terms and condition customer need to sign (we will provide the specimen of that ) as separate page along the invoice.

M- need to add 2-4 more pages (static) i.e . Meet the team page: Terms and condition page.ect

N- front page of the site need to be amended with a small information form where customer will put his/her email and the contact number along the dimms and weight of parcel .

Incharge :
incharge is there to update the status of the parcel but can't print anything , in-charge should be able print every order along has been placed on the portal.
