Upgrade presentation of information

I need help upgrading what we have and doing it in such a way that not if this round in the next round or two of presentations my client can learn to do some of this herself with a minimum of help from me and your services. This presentation is in process we will be updating 5 or more executives about our findings, they will have anywhere from an hour to 10 minutes to review what we have. Whatever we do needs to be not too glossy, flashy etc. It needs to be authentic, compelling and easy to grasp quickly. I expect there will be about 3 to 4 rounds of this work to get us to the point that my client could update it. We will be adding information as we interview more of the companys units.
