Updating several InDesign files

We have a project, essentially a large touch screen application that allows users to browse through multiple PDF files. All of these PDF files originated in InDesign.

There are approximately 100 pages with around 300 words on each page.

The job is to update all the words with translated text - we have had all the text translated but you need to go into InDesign and edit all the source files and change the text, keeping the same formatting. Essentially its copy and pasting from one document into the InDesign file, saving it and moving on.

This is an urgent requirement so need someone NOW who can get cracking straight away.
