Updates to dotnetnuke site

Our site is www.checkpoint100.com, and we are wanting help developing out community area. Preferably it needs someone with some dotnetnuke experience so that you are able to meet our requirements within budget.

1. Update the More page - Create a carousel effect to browse through the business cycles (Activity Tracker, Performance Monitor, Sign In Register, etc) This will make it quicker for people to view the images and avoids lots of scrolling up and down page. We would provide the picture and wording.

2. ISSUE - You can access and download documents from Checkpoint
Community. This needs to be restricted to members only
This may not be possible using dnn permissions so and may require customizations for permissions.

3. ISSUE - When new comments or files are uploaded to groups of which you are a member of, you should receive an email notification

4. ISSUE - We need a disclaimer popup that prospective members need to agree to before signing up

5. ISSUE - When people register on the community, the mandatory
fields should be (First Name, Last Name, Company, Username, Password,Email Address)
