Updates to current site

hi ryan,
I have 5 small updates to current website. let me know if you are interested.
1. add linkedin icon.
2. lighten lava rocks at top of page. they appear to be darken than those at the bottom.
3. change out one pic in slideshow.
4. spacing on references page (word references) is not consistent with word home on home page, about us, etc...
5. add three small logos that link to companies in white area under lava rocks at bottom of page. they are www.ictp.travel, www.witia.org, www.spto.org. In future, I will be adding addtinal 3 - just an FYI...Thankyou,
