Updates needed to bespoke online feedback tool in php

Looking for a developer who knows php.

We have an already developed and up and running online Feedback tool for a client. The Client however would like some updates to be made to the site but our current developer is working on other projects for us at the moment and so can't get to this development.

I have attached a specification detailing background about the project and then details of the works required. Our developer has given a rough estimate of time required to a couple of the projects but the others need to be quoted for.

I gather the site written in PHP and makes use of the PHP framework named "Symfony" (v1.4) and the PHP Object Relational Mapper (or ORM) named "Doctrine" (v1.2).
