Update existing website, SEO, video editing and design work

We are a small business that require some updates to our website and we want someone that we can use ongoing for future design work.

Work:

1. Add new home page which will split the site into two sub categories, both sub sites will use the existing website with just different text information.

2. New contact us form (the current one produces spam)

3. Update all SEO information for new target words etc.

4. We are thinking about creating a youtube video and it would be great if you could also edit this together.

5. Design some marketing material

Must be based in United Kingdom and available via Skype. Would be great for someone who wants to extend their portfolio without having to create a website from scratch and we will be happy to link your design services on completion.
