Update contact lists, Appointments, Prepare Invoices, Follow ups, Request Quotation

We are start up Advertising and Marketing Agency.

I am selling an exhibition to Educational Institutions currently and due to other work load need help with Admin work. My client would be visiting UK to meet with potential clients for which I have been getting appointments and maintaining itinerary sheet. I would now need someone to help maintain, update and manage;

1. The appointments itinerary
2. Do journey planning using sites like thetrainline.com etc as may be appropriate, This is also to ensure the gap between one meeting to other is sufficient etc.
3. Update the database sheet with correct and full contact details of relevant official in the organisations

The hours I have listed as 10 but may vary.

Would like to Admin person to be communicating on skype as well as I would need to pass instructions and feedback as may be required while working on my tasks.
